Can I bring my personal camera equipment Zilker Gardens?

This is a "professional" digital SLR camera + tripod … but I only use it for personal use. I'd love to practice my macro photography of flowers there. Is that allowed in the garden? I know that some places allow cameras … but not "professional" team. I think that call tomorrow unless someone can answer my question before then. Thanks!
